Where are my tickets for add-on programs?
The QR code on the front of your badge serves as your entry ticket to all add-on programs. Your badge will be scanned on entry. You must wear your name badge at all conference programs.
Which add-on programs am I registered for?
To review your confirmed programs, see the list printed on the back of your name badge.
Can I still register for add-on programs?
Yes! Visit the registration counter to add programs at any time. But be advised some programs will sell out.
Why is “My Schedule” on the app empty?
You can bookmark sessions on the full schedule view to create a personalized agenda to help you navigate which of the seven simultaneous sessions throughout the core conference you wish to join. Unfortunately, we are unable to prepopulate your schedule with your purchased add-ons.
IMPORTANT: Take note of schedule items with “Pre-Registration Required” listed at the top of the description. Adding these to your “My Schedule” will not give you access unless you have pre-registered. Refer to the back of your name badge for a list of your confirmed add-ons, and visit the registration counter if you wish to add any additional programs.
How do I get to off-site programs?
Generally, attendees are responsible for their own transportation to/from any programs held outside the Westin. However, coaches will be provided for some programs which are not easily accessible by public transit.

Thursday, Off-site Tours:
Refer to each tour’s detail page (click “learn more here” on the full schedule item) to confirm meeting point, meeting time, and view google maps. The following tours have coach transportation provided, picking up and dropping off at the Westin:

Friday, Niagara Day Trip
Coach transportation will be provided. Attendees should meet in the Westin lobby by 8:10AM.
